I've been plaguing aiken all winter asking for Soulwax/2 many dj's. They were outstanding at Electric Picnic lasy ear. They'd go down a treat. Reckon there's a big audience out there for them..

here here! They'd rock the Marquee, ideal size/capacity for them. They (2Many DJs) played the Savoy in January 09 and it was a great night.
Throw in a few local DJs/producers to support them in the Marquee and it would be a big seller I'd say.

After his no show in Slane, I dont think Aiken will ever support any of his shows again.

Who so? Aiken's had nothing to do with his show at Slane, that was MCD.

A very poor line up so far.

It depends what you're into. I'm delighted Megadeth and Deep Purple are playing.

A good dance act/DJ would go down a treat.

They really need to add some big act ( new) to the list.

I would love to see Fleet Foxes there with Mumford and Sons
    Pearl Jam would be amazing
The Specials would be great too with Jerry Dammers back in toe.

The Strokes are due a few album too. The Dead weather.

come on give us someone good

They were just saying on 96fm that there are rumors going around that there might be a "huge internation act" annonced. They were saying that this act might be one of the biggest acts to play at Live at the Marquee ever, but they had no idea who it was. Anyone here have any idea who this might be?

I doubt that this act would interest me but i'm just curious nonetheless.

According to 96FM big act to be announced today.

    Rumour mill gone into overdrive

    David Bowie
    Robbie Williams
    Eminem
    U2

Sigur Ros would be the job.

A big no for Eminem or Robbie

Yes for David Bowie or U2

Would like La Roux, Florence, Bat for Lashes, Empire of the Sun :)

hmm, 96fm, full of sh*t as usual. they kick off a rumour...wow.

Looks like some edjit (unregistered too ) has changed the wikipedia page and added Robbie Williams for 3 dates in July

Not even Aiken or Ticketmaster have him down for any dates anywhere

very poor line up this year, especially considering its festival season

would go to see Alicia Keys but not Katy Perry! If it was Beyonce it would be AMAZING! I'm already going to Buble in September so this would just be the icing on the cake!:D
