    hi,
    im from donegal but i go to college in northern ireland. from looking at go4less.ie i see i am not eligible for applying through them because I am at college in northern ireland.
    anyone know would be the best way for me to apply?

    You should be able to do it. It's just that they usually won't schedule the interview with the US consulate for you. You must arrange that yourself and pay them the fee. Drop into Usit and ask them to explain the whole thing to you. I know they will handle the DS-2019 part.
