    How about spreading some good news about businesses opening, expanding, creating jobs etc in Westmeath?

    I'll start the ball rolling...

    Seven Spices Restaurant in Mullingar recently opened.
    Austin Friar hotel in Mullingar reopening mid-Nov 09.
    Mullingar Opticians opening new shop in Ballymahon.

    Its called the fish market. Got some lovely organic salmon there last week.

    Its good because the two lads working there are both chefs so they tell you how to cook it, and they have a computer where you can print off different recipes.

    For anyone who likes fish its great, been waiting for a good while for something like this to open.
