Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Well done Given,

Regard's the penalty, it's silly to be jumping with your hand that high, but i wouldn't have given it.

Rubbish penalty by McFadden all the same.

good stuff from shay given alway good to see from an irish perspective with the play offs coming up.. it wasn't a great penalty as the commentators said as long as he went the right way its saved..

has this been a good match so far?? only turned it on now just as the penalty was given..

Ireland to be on soon enough,

Am hoping he can prove he could have been the difference from the start

Lescott seems really off the pace at times today. He has looked so shaky.

With all the great saves that Given has made during this match I have a feeling he's gonna get beaten by the simplest of tap ins or something.

    Tis written.

I'd like to see Miami Weiss for the last 10 minutes.

Ireland has been quite poor since he has come on. Hasn't really helped change the game at all.

    Ouch. That looks painful.

I'm listening, and the commentator doesn't need to mention Barry - the effects mic tells when he's on the ball!

    Barry Ferguson off?

    Yep.

I'm hoping he does cas I benched him in prem league. What a brain wave, thinking Stoke would get a clean sheet vs Wolves

    Ah well

Ferguson off. Stupidity of the highest order.

Game over. Great play, as usual, by Given. I think Birmingham would have won the game only for that. Would have liked a few goals, felt the game deserved it but a point is probably the better decider considering both teams put in a good effort.

Another two points dropped. Awful performance.

    Ferguson FFS, needless.

Brilliant...he saved a peno too, and bonus points probably! Hopefully he reproduces form like that in the France game

Absolutely ridiculous from such an experienced player.

Barry ferguson really is unbelievable. The guy is so lucky he's good at football, because god knows what someone that thick would be doing otherwise.

Ideally I'd like to have a solid defence so that he doesn't have to do anything.

    What exactly did he do?

City throw in and he put his hands in the air (like he just didn't care) to block the ball. Foolish.

Shay Given man of the match. What a dreamboat. lol
