    Hi there,
    I'm investigating the impact of maternity leave on women's careers and on businesses. I would love to speak to an employer about how having to provide for maternity leave for female employees impacts on their business.

    No names/company names will be used - I just want to speak to a boss who is candid about how they feel about maternity leave. Should it be shortened? Would you feel less inclined to employ a woman who might be newly married and in her 30s, because chances are she might be starting a family? Do you feel your hands are tied?

    No judgement - just looking to get the employer's viewpoint across.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
