Missus due a baby any day now, so expansion will be put of the back burner for a bit. Ill try to launch flights whenever I can to keep the stock levels up. No new aircraft expected for the next two weeks at least.

Yes it does. It is waste of funds until your airline is well established.

You should by the most expensive type for the longest period, for the cheapest price (~$700) if and when you do.

In 10 days my stock has gone from 99cents to $2.56 - hit my 200 DM's, next step is 200 DC-10-10, which will be a bit slower than building up my DM's. What I really love is the increase in PAX points you can get, before it was ages to build up points without buying them, but now its great. Once I get enough, I'll get the business sections going!

A lot of 'behind the scenes' work been done at Griffair World Airlines today. All long haul aircraft will be converted to all business class, this will max profits per aircraft.

We have opened a new hub at San Francisco. 50 767-200ER aircraft will be joing the fleet over the next day, 15 have been delivered already and have entered service on trans atlantic routes to Europe.

Stocks are up to $ 46.29 and 129 aircraft are currently in our fleet.

Meanwhile our sister airline Futura. Airlines is exceeding our expectations as shares rocket to $ 27.85 as the fleet hits 252 aircraft. If you want to turn your investments in to a real profit then this is the airline for you. 20 787 aircraft are expected to enter the fleet today.

When searching for futura. airlines on the stock market, do not forget the full stop after futura.

RebelAirCork saw an 11.5% increase in stock value today, now at $3.35. Will be buying 5 to 6 DC 10s a day, maybe more, so stock will rise significantly

Seriously folks you can find charts easily to tell you when all the cheap fuel etc is available .Stockmarket isnt worth a curse to the person who you buy from ,and far less than just buying another plane to the purchaser ,why even bother?Theres a foolproof 'fast track' method which will have ye all with 600 A380s in 2-3 months ....
Ok here we go again ...Sell your 737 .Buy Dassault Mercures .Put on longest possible (2 hour) routes with max advertising and cheap fuel .Keep buying more until you have 400-600 THis will take days not weeks especially if you launch as close to 24/7 as you can .Then move up to DCs(DC10-10 I think) and repeat, then Il76 then A380.Goddamit dont get me readdicted to this yoke!!!

Thats the boring way though. Dont know about anyone else but Im just playing for fun, building up my airline with my hubs and planes I want to fly, not what some fast track guide is telling me to do. I have done that before, I agree it does build your airline up fast but its boring, hell I was even num 2 in the AM hall of fame.

All depends what way you want to play. If you are playing for fun do whatever keeps you happy and in to the game. If you want to grow fast I suggest the following:

Get The Business Class Achievement if you haven't got it yet.

Convert them A380,s you have to all biz class and fly them on max range/demand routes.

Keep buying the A380-900 and keep converting them to all Biz Class.

Get Cargo, keep buying the AN-225. Theres a trick with cargo, You get paid by the load and not distance so keep the loads high and distances small.

Also advertise all your routes with billboard and get the best catering.

All the above works better with no hub selected, however if you have selected a hub already well then you just have to stick with that.

Griffair have announced a new deal with London Southend Airport. The company is to base 5 BAE146 aircraft there and will operate 100 weekly flights to Dublin, Belfast, Paris, Amsterdam and Hamburg. London Southend Airport is currently undergoing a massive expansion and Griffair are delighted to be part of it said Griffairs CEO Joe Griffin.

At the moment I'm playing to grow big, get the money in the bank and start buying some a380s and have an entire airbus fleet. Whatever I earn per day is being ploughed back into buying Dc10s.

Stock rose by 20%, currently $4.42.

I've dms with nearly 300 flying hours done and no c-checks yet, plane worth 120k

C Checks for DM,s dont cost that much. Some of my DM,s have over 900 hours and have had 2 C checks! Resale value on some is as low as $30,000 :eek:

Royal Sun Atlantic Airlines has announced a strategic alliance with Griffair World Airways, Futura. Airlines & Airlingus Airlines having invested over $1billion into these Airlines.

Markets reacted positively to the news amid this latest round of restructuring at the carrier, in response to the news Unions announced industrial action, management in return announced a 10% paycut across the board with over 800 compulsory redundancies at the airline.

CEO Mr. Stinicker said that these measures are needed to ensure the competitiveness of the airline going forward and the $1bn stock investment is set to be matched by a $3.2bn fleet upgrade which will see the interiors of all 700 of the A380-900 fleet refitted with the latest in business cabins, unprofitable long-haul routes in excess 19,000kms or 20hrs flying time will be re-evaluated and some of our Airbus A380-900's redeployed on higher traffic routes. I will drive profitability upwards, cut costs and am here now declaring an all out war on my competitors and this summer I pledge to fly over 300million passengers for 25% lower fares.

Futura. Airlines have announced it has signed a deal with the Boeing company for 100 Boeing 777 LR aircraft. This is the biggest investment in the history or Futura. CEO Joe Griffin Said. This deal is part of phase 4 of Futuras growth plan. The deal will bring to 400 aircraft in the fleet. Delivery's is expected to start Tomorrow and to last about 2 weeks.

Futura. Airlines operate thousands of charter flights all over the globe every week. The company was formed in 1989 when a Dassault Mercure aircraft was bought of Hungarian airline Malev. Futura was bought out last year by Griffair Worldwide but remains to be operated as a seperate airline.
