Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wow they are amazing, anyone know where can you see this guy working?

His name is Julian Beever. Even though he goes by "chalk guy" it seems unfair not to give him full credit. He seems to work all over the world for festivals and various promotions.

I saw this in an article on his technique :
    How does he do it?

Julian's 'trompe l'oeil' (or 'trick of the eye') pavement art is amazing to see. The effect is so convincing people will swerve to avoid potholes he has drawn in the pavement. But just how does he get this incredible effect?

"The secret is to set up a camera on a tripod and keep it in one spot and check every mark you make. It's really just playing with perspective to make it appear different to what it really is.

Interesting, but I can't see that making it a whole lot easier. He really has a phenomenal talent.

If I was him it would kill me to see it all washed away at the end of the day though!
