Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I know Ennis leisure centre does them Mon & Wed from 6-7. Its €6 per class for non-members. I haven't done them for a while but it used be roughly half fellas, half girls. The class's are good but depends who's teaching them..They've other stuff on the timetable too like triathalon circuits & bootcamp circuits. Don't know anything about them. There'a a load of places running class's-basically all the gyms. If you're a gym member already you're probably better off using whichever one you're a member of because normally they're free / cheaper.I'm presuming everyone is as broke as me
I know some people that do spinning (bikes) supposed to be excellent.
