Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A few months ago I got a new 360 from microsoft (after my 4th one broke). I am usually connected to net when playing & never have any problems. Yesterday I gave it to my brother, he doesn't have a broadband connection so had to play offline and he couldn't access GTA: the lost and the damned, any of the rockband songs that I've downloaded, any other dlc or play any avi's on it. When I tried it with broadband connected today, all this stuff worked for me fine. I brought it back to him & he had the same problem. He tried my profile and still had no luck. Does anyone know what's wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

did you downloaded all the stuff once again when you got replacement console?

Thats probably the reason, you would have to delete all the dlc, songs etc and download them again on the new console. Be careful, as you can move the licence only once a year!

I'll get the xbox back tomorrow and try that. Thanks.

I had this and to fix only had to delete the media formats download.

i had the exact same problem.

when all else failed (downloading it again etc) i contacted xbox support.

the fix was to create a random xbox account and sign up to xbox live SILVER

under the new account you download the optional media update again. after a reboot you will be able to watch all these videos again under any logon.

Behold, the content transfer tool, you dont need to re-download everything!

Can only be used once a year though!

    http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/licensemigration/

Once you do use it, go to your download history, then re-download all the things you want (only takes a sec because you already have it!) and they will work while your offline, this also goes for your codec tool so you can play divx/mp4 files etc.....
