Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

CRC error

    Is anyone else getting CRC errors from downloads lately, I have tried the latest versions of winrar, winzip and many others. From different forums it is being blamed on bad downloads, old software and sometimes the ISP is being blamed by throttling the connection.

    If anyone in Ireland has found a solution that would be a great help.

    Couple be a load of things including
    - bug in your browser. Do you get the same bad download with Firefox Versus Internet Explorer ?
    - do you have any download manager/accelerators installed ?
    - have you run a scandisk of your hard drive in a while ?
    - does your PC crash or any other problems ? (am thinking bad memory chip)
