Derelict buildings?

I'm looking for interesting derelict buildings around Dublin. Just looking to go inside and take some photos (hopefully) with permission. Anyone know of any decent sites? I've heard DIT owns some old mental home, or has that been developed yet?

You're thinking of Grangegorman, and it's still in use by the HSE.
