Vodafone upload speed

    Hi,

    I rencently moved from BT to Vodafone and am confused with my new upload speed.

    I'm on the following package :
    Vodafone At Home up to 7mb Off-Peak
    • Free off-peak local & national calls
    • 200 off-peak minutes free to any Vodafone mobile
    • Up to 7 Mb download speed
    Connect for free to this package
    • You'll get a 60 GB download limit
    • Up to 672 Kb upload speed
    • Unlimited upload limit
    But my modem shows my upload speeds are around 384kb.
    I know my line can handle the 672kb upload as I was getting this with BT [ option 3 7.6Mb pack ]

    Just wondering if anybody else was in the same situation.

    Vodafone seem confused. The 7.0Mbps profile uses a 384kbps upload. The 7.6Mbps profile uses 684kbps upload. Vodafone have you on the wrong one, and seem to be advertising them incorrectly.
