Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Have been wrapped up in Borderlands and MW2 I totally neglected L4D2 and Asses Creed. I'd say i'll be buying L4D and make the Creed a renter

    I've got a funny feeling assassins creed will be a massive letdown. I'll be ignoring it for left 4 dead 2 until I see some trustworthy reviews.

    oh lovely, i was only learning how to play the game when I was dying on the ground when someone thought it would be a good idea to try finish me off to steal whatever weapons i had on me. yea i wasnt great but in fairness, 3 alright players and 1 poor one is still better than 3 alright players.

    Nobody on this forum cares that it's Wave 5, the only people who care about waves and ABGX are people who pirate games.

    Great review from Eurogamer :
    9/10

    Sufficently different from the first game to make it a worthy puchase plus Valve have put in lots of 'quirky' bits and pieces to make the game even more enjoyable.

    I really want to get this, but MW2 is the elephant in the sitting room for now, plus AC2 also looks great and I still have Batman: Arkham Asylum to play too.

    Who says this autumn hasn't been as good as last year for quality releases?

    Going down to Smyths over lunch to pick up ACII so i'll see what it's selling for in there. Wonder if it's going to stay high-priced like the first one was for months!
