    tbh, I dont think an extra 5.5 days with plenty of notice was taking advantage. However, I think the personal relationship between you and her had broken down anyway. Had it not, you could have suggested a Childminder buddy system which many have now, organised by local Childcare Committees.

    This means that if the Childminder is sick/cannot work, another Childminder, approved by you, steps in.
