Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I can't see this on my 360 desktop, I have setup a new account as a UK customer and there it was, it let me download demos and everything, but back in Eire land, no dice.
    Anyone know why this is?
    Anyone registered in Ireland got this option on their menu?
    How do I get it?

    Simple fact is, you can't. Services like this depend on both the country you created your account in and the country you're currently located. This two tier system was created in order to counter those people who were setting up US/Jap accounts in order to get demos and other things earlier than when they were released in the EU.

    That being said, the latter restriction known as geo-fencing, is currently being looked at by MS (according to the August SentUAMessage) as it affects a different type of user, one which moves country along with their XBox. The problem is exacerbated since you cannot actually change your country in your XBL code so I assume they're trying to implement something that allows you to do so by checking your IP/location.

    In my personal case I have an Irish XBL account but as I'm currently in the UK I can't access services such as Last.fm (on the preview program), Community Games or even download 18 rating content (Gear of War All-Fronts Pack) as I'm being flagged as outside of my gamertag location. :(

    Halo Waypoint is there in the preview ... it's not bad. There's a lot of reading in it though :)
