Currently the owner of this golden oldie, and the battery now, after a few years, generally lasts about a day, which is seriously annoying. 1) Does anyone have any remedies for this? (Buying a battery will cost about the same as a new phone so it's not worth it) 2) Is this really a reason to spend €100 on a new phone? The…

www.dealextreme.com do a mess of phone batteries for less than a fiver.

so do places like cash converters and ebay.

you can find a replacement battery a LOT cheaper when not going through the phone dealers
