Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just to note that mymemory ship from Jersey so you are liable for VAT over €22 (though usually will not be hit below €45). Their shipping is "free" so there is no advantage to buying things together, make several small orders. I use them all the time and find them very good. They do declare the value on the packet. I have made mulitple orders within minutes of each other and all packets arrived the same day -I had no customs trouble but technically you do run the risk getting lots of packets on the same day, though I have never heard of people being stung for it.

I have it set up so I get it by paypal once a month (once the cashback is over €5), but only just signed up, so don't hold me to it

Please note that they will often send you the completely wrong item and charge you for the benefit.

I never have any problem over the last few years buying items from mymemory. Well, there was once I had few items in one order and one was never delivered. That's sorted and i was sent a replacement via a registered post.

    How "often" has this happened?

Only realising now how much I have ordered, I have about 40-50 separate orders and never once had a problem.
