How to embed pictures into thread

    Hi there, i want to put a pcture onto a thread so it actually shows on that thread..How do I go about this?

    To get my picture from my desktop, to the thread.

    Right click on the picture and select "Copy Image Location"

    Click on the insertimage.gif icon above the dialogue box.

    Paste the image url into the pop-up box and click ok.

    Click on "Submit Reply".

    but the picture is only on my desktop...its not on any website or atin.

    Ah

    Well then you will need to upload it to the web.
    There is a ton of image hosting services on the web that will host your pictures, but you can also upload pictures to posts as attachments.
    Next time you are posting a thread or a reply (or if quick reply - click 'Go Advanced') if you scroll down the page you will see a heading 'Attach Files'.
    You can upload your picture to the post then.
