Multiple Lays to Double Up

In order to distract myself from my shocking run of form on outright singles, here, I'm going to follow on with the strategy I've had a few goes at in the football mega thread here.

The premise is pretty simple; multiple lays on Betfair to give a backable multiple with odds at the best part of evens. Obviously there will be teams to mess it up from time to time, but I'm hoping these won't be too regular! It should, in theory, be easier than picking several teams to win, as draws will also count as wins, but the odds obviously reflect this. It's not something that will ever make anyone an overnight millionaire, but consistent results should lead to profitability - so here's hoping I don't make an ass of it!

I'm interested to see if this can provide consistent returns, and will up my stakes on it if its running well (I'm currently only putting my minimum stakes on it), though the log will purely track Level Stakes Profit to form a consistent record.

For now, I'm just going to start by recording the 3 bets I've made once I planned this approach in the previously mentioned thread.

Green is bad, red and orange are good, :pac:. The teams laid are in bold.
There'll be too many teams to keep track of in the on-going log, so I'm going to just record the bet number and result there, though I will update on individual results at the time.

Just as bet #4 was undone in the 90th minute by a match ending 2-3, so was this one. Cluj were down to 9 men against Sparta, and nabbed a stoppage time equalizer. Sparta then hit the post, and at exactly 94:59 rammed home a winner! :eek:

That Augsburg game was nuts! It was purely a case of who had the worst keeper! :pac: Pity it turned out that Greuther Furth did!

Not looking like the best so far, but I'lm going to run it for a while to see how it goes. Currently its a case of one team letting me down by winning, so I'm going to have to be a bit more careful me thinks.
