i'd check ebay.co.uk for comparison prices if nothing else, if there is no postage listed to Ireland, just message them - most will send light items

I'm a big fan of these - they are super-comfy, light-weight, fit well and can be washed in the washing machine:

We use Lupis on our 2 Yorkies.

    See here: http://www.companyofanimals.co.uk/lupi.php

We find that they work well, and are supposed to be designed so that they don't hurt them. They also double up well as car-harnesses if you travel with the dog in the back seat!

Woodies in Bray sell harnesses - they're basic enough though, one loop for around the neck and one loop for around the chest which are joined together. I don't know if that's what you're looking for. Also, there's a pet shop behind the McDonalds in Bray, just on the turn off to the Vivay Road from the main street.

    Hi psycho-hope,

i currently have two harnesses. One is the web master harness available from countryhounds.ie

It's a really well made harness that will last forever and also has a handle if you ever need to lift the dog.

The one i'm using now is the K9 Power Harness which i got from k9shop.ie

Both are around the same price. The advantage with the power harness is the ease that it goes on.

There are pictures on both sites which will give you an idea. The web master is made by ruffwear which are a really good brand. i think ruffwear.com is their site.

The last one we had was the kind that you pull over the dogs head which was a bit fiddly. The dog much prefers the new one - its the kind that they stand into then you pull it up and clip it together at their shoulders.

I think that's the one we got - it's quite awkward to put on a hyperactive dog that's quite keen to go for walkies.

if you order over a certain amount (can't remember if it's £29 or £39) you get free delivery - so could get few other supplies DHL's to your door in 3 days!

Yeah +1 for the UK site - much better delivery and prices then zooplus.ie!
