Teamer messages were sent out there using the new Android app. Can I ask everyone who has an iPhone or an Android phone to go get the respective app as it saves us from buying SMS bundles when we run out of free texts.

it's good. plenty of machines, free classes, loads of weights, pool, steam rooms, jacuzis.

can get busy at certain times, but anytime ive gone there has been no problem getting to use whatever i wanted.

Pretty bad sprain in my calf muscle last night. Went to Physio this morning and he did dry needling on me, reckoned he never seen anything like it, but on the flip side, he was happy that it won't take to long to recover.
2-3 weeks out, then off on holliers so I won't be back around now till July

Thanks Ken, I didn't think it was that bad either, thought I had just pulled a muscle and would be able to run it off.
Am raging cause I was really starting to enjoy the games and felt myself getting better as the weeks progressed. Just hope I don't go back to square 1 now when I return!
