    Must sing praises of the lads, emailed John at 5pm Mon, sent reply that night and also another reply to my email with all info. Talked to Kenny Tues at 1:50 and he must have ran to the courier who was coming at 2 as it arrived in Cork on Wed, early lunchtime. Fair play to euro conversion too, seems better than buying in sterling. And your supercare package was explained well and seems a great idea, 5 years peace of mine!
    PS bought a foxsat HDR!
    my 2nd time buying and certainly not my last!

    Same here. Ordered a projector and blu-ray player yesterday, just got a call in work to say it was delivered this morning. Can't fault the lads. Third large order with RS and two with Philips and the lads have exceeded expectations every time on price, delivery and service. Keep up the great work

    We are blushing but seriously many thanks for the kind words - they are much appreciated - to be honest we have slipped a little this week - we do know that we have a few Boardies waiting for replies to posts & PM's which we are really working hard to have all finished by Friday latest (yes this Friday you wags!).
