Dealing with hangover.. in work.

    So,

    Basically im dying, and in work trying to keep my eyes open. Every couple of minutes i get up and walk around to try stop myself falling asleep. I have also drank 4 cups of tea.

    So far this isnt working and i dont feel myself waking up AT ALL.. i need some help from boardsies as to the best way to stay alive and kicking in work with a hangover ....

    ive no head ache! don think i need an alka selzer just ****ing wrecked!!! and slightly drunk.. maybe later with the headache...

    I feel your pain OP. We've all been there. You should go on an early lunch and get a big dirty fry to try and give you some soakage. Also keep drinking water.

    caffeine is a distaster for a serious hangover - drink plenty of water and if you could get somewhere to sleep for half hour at lunch you'd be laughin.

    Other than that - go for a pint at lunch time ;)

    Lots of food is the only answer for me, big breakie, big lunch and lots of snacking, plenty of water to booth, stick with it it will all be fine and then you can go drinking again later!

    just had an espresso... IM ALIVE!! for a few minutes anyway.

    Gonna sneak in a kip at lunch time in the jacks, or maybe the car.


    Also am definately getting atleast 3-4 jambons for lunch.

    Loads of water as the others have said and if you can get to a chemist get the Sona ginseng capsules. I have them at the ready for any days in work with hangovers - swear by them!
