Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are the BBC watching the same game as everyone else?

    This is what they reckon:

    1649: Half-time Chelsea 0-0 Manchester United
Don't be fooled by the scoreline - it's a really entertaining game at Stamford Bridge and probably only lacking a goal or two. United are the better team, and Darren Fletcher is their best player.

Yeah Valencia hasnt been bad imo. He's doing whats needed and he's kept cole in his own half.

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,219 ✭✭✭✭Pro. F

Carrick doing a good job defensively. Brown and Evans need a bit of help after that performance in mid-week and Carrick has helped them out a lot.

Going forward Fletch, Rooney and Anderson have been pulling the strings. Anderson was looking a bit lazy in the last 10mins though. If he has to come off (for Berba presumably) i'd be very worried about whether fletch and Carrick could hold onto the possession without a third cm.

Ps. The ref is wreckin me head!

    on the money

Fletcher for me was the best player on the pitch in that first half, Evans and Brown are also giving a very good account of themselves.

Giggs has been wasteful, but then again without Berba on the pitch he's one of the very few players we have capable of creating something out of nothing.

The balls going into Rooney for the last 15 minutes were terrible, think Own would have done better than Ronney, the one where Ronney shot instead of passing to Valencia or Anderson.

It's a great game if you ask me!

its a poor game alright, two teams canceling each other out, was always going to be a tight game though, united had the best of the possesion butnot done much with it, chelsea creating the better chances.

And lads stop blaming the ref, sure he isn't having a very good game but its true that chelsea had some decisions go against them too you dont hear us crying that the ref is crap, as a certin utd manager said its just beyond the pale:p

I wouldn't say that at all.

There mightn't have been any goals yet but I think it's been a very enjoyable game to watch.

One of the biggest games of the prem season and you have decided to watch the highlights instead?

    For shame!

It is an entertaining game, it's not all about the goals.

Ref hasn't been great to both sides, more so as far as United are concerned though.

End to end stuff. Chelsea looking the better team imo. Hopefully Carvalho and Lamps can nick something for my FPL team :D

Your balls A.cole can't move cos he is always marking him, its sacraficing his playing to try and stop cole playing, so far its worked, unfortunently

I should have been clearer. He's been very poor going forward. But maybe it's more important for him to do the defensive side today and try to secure a point.

Anderson having a much better second half. A goal looks imminent.

How many "real" chances have Chelsea created? And what is a "real" chance?

Jesus, Drogba can barely stand, maybe a broken rib?

Lol at the theatrics from Drogba. The leg shake should replace the roll, much funnier.
