Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am looking for some assistance in disclosing the details of a US property disposal for a non US resident. If any one here has any experience of completing the relevant forms I;d be really grateful for any help. Basically I do not know where any of the entries go on the forms. I have ITIN form IRS.
I am only looking for some pointers

US Capital Gains Tax is very different from Irish CGT - in particular with regard to CGT on properties.

You should get a professional to calculate this for you.

    Hi there-

Property transactions should always go through a professional due to the amount of penalties involved if you get it wrong.

    Please read the charter.
