There is a contact us bit on the website.

I also saw that they have a counterfeit website check. Just enter the website address if you are unsure and it will tell you if it is authorised or a known counterfeit website.

Haven't read any of the replies but was looking to get the short Bailey Button Uggs for christmas but heard the fold down bit stays down, silly question prob but is this the case or can they stay up, i know if they keep floppin down they will annoy me!!

mine don't fall down unless i fold them over. I've never heard anyone complain of this problem or seen it! they look nice folded down though:)

Where is the best place to get UGG Australia boots for the best price? I want the Triplet Button Bailey ones but they're €270 in Schuh!! No way can I afford that! Of if there are similar boots on the market for cheaper, but good quality that will keep my tootsies warm, I'd be very grateful

you can buy a kit in schuh for your uggs that has the protector, cleaner and a brush for your uggs for 30euro i think!

Looking for a particular pair of UGG boots, and they're super expensive. Came across this website and even allowing for customs & delivery, it would still be a good deal. Just wondering how or if you can find out if a website is legitimate or not? It looks decent enough, but I'd hate to be taken for a fool for so much money!

also if you look at the colours the boots come in it's easy to see fakes. the ugg bailey tripple button don't come in red or leopard print or pink so it's easy to see these boots are not real! uggs don't come with tags on the boots either so that's another way to spot fakes.
