Apologies if this has been posted before, but Galway City Council are holding a consultation session for pedestrians and cyclists tomorrow at Eyre Square Shopping Centre on Saturday November 7th from 10am to 4pm. (See Link)

I think the facilities for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers, in Galway are pretty dire, so I hope it proves a good chance to voice issues which will be taken into account if and when the council plans any new roads or anything.

There is also a online survey.

    I posted it earlier
People go along and make your voices heard. Don't rant though, they are only consultants, not those who are responsible for the current state of the place.

However the Galway Cycling Campaign say the method of the survey is flawed, which I agree with.

Unfortunately the current strategy that is there is not being enforced so this survey is really just a formality imo
