Prayer Legally Classed as Confession

    This is a weird one! A guy killed his girlfriend's mother, and then begged God for forgiveness while in his car - not realising that the cops had bugged it. The judge ruled that his prayer counted as a legal confession.

    Might be a precedent. Makes sense to use it as evidence to me.
