Secondary School Teaching in New Zealand

Does anybody have an information on secondary school teaching in New Zealand, like are they looking for teachers over there? I will graduate this summer with a degree in Engineering, Technology, Technical Graphics and all that sort of stuff. Any information will be greatly appreciated. :cool:

Not in major demand from what I hear.

You do need to be fully qualified as a teacher to teach in NZ and Oz - unlike Ireland you can't even get supply work just on a degree.
