Insulation

I am kitting out a ducato panel van and I want to ask about insulation. Should i leave some space uninsulated at the bottom of the walls for condensation to escape. I was going to use doublesided alububble and some other woolwrap or something. Should the alububble be next to the metal or the woolwrap. Thanks.
