In the early 90's I was FIFA, then late 90's to late 00's PES.... this year FIFA as PES is only incremental and not seemingly trying anymore

PES to me has always been better than FIFA and this year is not an exception... with Fifa you can always follow a set pattern of play against all teams and you can repeat the goals that you scored in the last 100 matches.. with PES its not that simple & thats what makes PES so much better to me..

(FIFA fans have told me the repetive goalscoring has changed but when i pick up FIFA i still see this, please note I am not FIFA bashing.. FIFA is great fun also its just my preference is for more of a simulation than an arcade footie game)

regarding licensing this has never been an issue to me on PES and now you can bypass that anyway..

Have this on PS3..just wondering though, is there any Konami Cup in it this year?? have looked everywhere and cant find it. Used to do this with friends. Creating a custim cup was cool..Loving PES10 though, fúck FIFA

I have to laugh at you calling it 'new'. Its been out ages!

The latest patch added some new boots and balls, as well as fixing the team selection bug, and according to some sources, improved gameplay & referee's.

Go to settings within the game, and go to downloads. Should appear there.

Fixing team selection for me was a major one. The fact that it was broken in the first place was ridiculous!

Apart from all the little problems with in the game itself, I'm finding the game very very enjoyable this year. The last game was way too easy... and I'm now finding it difficult to breakdown opposition finally. I've always played on the hardest level when playing the CPU and used to score 10 goals without much thought and effort...but now the game is alot more detailed and each player quality a player has contributesto the overall team performance. I've found when the team is setup correctly you can have an excellent run of form. I've also scored some truely fantastic Team goals! I'd give it 10/10.

Pes10 is pretty crap again this year but i already spent money on it so its gonna have to do instead of fifa. Its like they deliberately destroyed a good game
