Hi guys, I keep a regular eye on this forum so I don't think this has been asked, and I don't know if anyone can't answer it, but just in case.

I reveived a call from my FO on the Bank Holiday evening, he was imputing
stuff about my referees and had some questions. Anyway he said I was on the computer now. He said my application is still on the supers desk.

Nearly two weeks and know of my refs haven't been called. I was just wondering if anyone recieved a call like that from their FO and what was the amount of time it took from there. I was planning on having to wait the full three months, but that call got my hopes up a bit.

Hope the above makes sense, its a new application by the way, I already have a FAC but this is for an O/U.

I cannot see them call the referrees, to much work when you have 200,000 firearms to licence.
Questions about the referrees were probably about the pulse system , hence the need for a date of birth.

I got a few calls from my FO in relation to a few matters but the last call was to tell me he had imputted my details into PULSE. 2 weeks later i got my receipt and grant letters in the one day. A week after that i had my licenses. Good thing with you is the post offices are up and running so no need to send off your grtant letters. It'll save you a couple of days on post.

Keep the head up, i'd say you are 80-90% there.
