    Is there anywhere in the City to get scissors sharpened?

    Do you know any cooks? I'm sure they could sharpen a scissors quickly for you

    Unfortunately not. Would chefs be able to sharpen scissors correctly?

    Thought there would be somewhere more specific. A butchers doesn't sound like the sort of place to have scissors sharpened, but then again, where would.

    Butchers need sharp blades and so sharpen theirs regularly.

    I don't think it's a service they offer per se but if you go in and buy a load of meat from them I'm sure they would oblige.

    Is it really worth it? Like, how much is a pair of scissors?

    why not try a barbers?
    human hair has a propensity for dulling scissors. perhaps they could point you in the right direction............

    maybe rossiters on bull lane, they do shoe repair. they might be able to point you in the right direction

    It cost me £15. I assume that you are in the city of London, or the south east of England, if not he operates a postal service with a 3 working days turnaround. hope this helps. :)
