What does every major city in the world have that Cork lacks?? Looking forward to some interesting suggestions.

Trams back on the Streets of Cork, with a line coming down Patrick's Hill giving a San Francisco feel !

A small shop selling Rotisserie Chicken the way you see them doing it in Spain at Markets with all the herbs etc

Would be nice to have a Christmas market with Irish products and hot whiskey
