Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Is Carragher injured?

    Suspended after his red card

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,435 ✭✭✭✭redout

There could be truth in the BBC speculation Torres had surgery as he was in Spain during the week to visit a specialist and was not selected for the Spain squad announced this afternoon to play Argentina on saturday.

On a positive note, at least we have Johner Scary and Albert back, still no sign of Aurelio though.

At Anfield I'd say it'll be comfortable enough for Liverpool. As mentioned above no Voronin improves Liverpools chances tenfold. I know I won't make many friends with the Liverpool fans here saying this but having Carragher out improves your chances tonight too imo, he's been poor lately. I'd hazard a guess at a comfortable 2-0 win tbh.

On the Birmingham/Ireland side of things I'm disappointed neither Keith Fahey (injured) or Jay O'Shea aren't in the squad. Two guys I have high hopes of being influential for Ireland in the next few years.

    Anyone got a reliable stream?

Apologies if I shouldn't be asking...

There is a thread for posting up stream's. It's a sticky.
IMO it SHOULD be a win for Liverpool tonight. 2-0.

    i'm happy with that team.

johnson will hopefully return to his early season attacking form. we need it.

either way, this has to be a home win. surely.

2-2 does sound like a good bet though.

    NGOG!!!

That totally justifies Rafa selling Robbie Keane now!

Lee Carsley an early sub for Brum. Fergerson Off.

Kuyt just over, Reira has hardly played for a month so give him some time to get in the swing of things.

    Go on N'gog
    4th goal of the season:D

I think Robbie Keane's inability to be anything but a big fish in a small pond justified selling him.

    GET IN!!!
I'm liking NGog more and more. I guess it helps that he's been scoring regularly :p
