Bleed radiator

I have tried to bleed the 2 radiators in the house which aren;t working properly. They haet up just at the bottom, the rest of them are completely cold. I have opened the valves on both of them, but nothing happened. There was no hissing whatsoever, and no black water came out. In fact, I could unscrew the valve completely and still nothing happened. The other three radiators in the house work perfectly. Is there anything else I can do or do I need a plumber?

    Thanks

There is not enough water in the system. It needs to be topped up from a valve, probably in the hot press, or a header tank in the attic.
