Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All

I am thinking of trying Facial Acupuncture after reading about it in an article. It claims to work wonders for your skin!

Has anyone here ever tried it? Or can you rec some practictioners based on your experience please?

    Thanks for reading!

    Hi there,

Facial acupuncture can definitely improve not only your appearance but also your overall health. As for anyone claiming that it "works wonders" - as an acupuncturist myself I would not necessarily agree with that as much depends on the age, constitution, diet and lifestyle of the person recieving treatment.

Please also remember that a healty exterior is a reflection of a healthy interior and any decent acupuncturist will treat you accordinigly using the appropriate body points in combination with specific acu points on the face. :)

    Regards.

    Hi

Sorry only seeing your reply today. Good to get honest feedback from someone who knows!

Can you recommend an Acupuncturist in Dublin City?

    Thanks

Apologies but I don't know any acupuncturists practicing in Dublin. What you can do though is ring or email several clinics and make sure they are using very high quality needles such as the Seirin brand.

These are Japanese acupuncture needles manufactured in a clean room medical device environment an are considered to be the best available in the world today.

I use these needles exclusively in my clinic and have never had an issue with pain or bruising when treating my patients.

    Good luck!
