You can't beat that prowler induced feeling of not being able to sit down or stand up, and wanting to vomit but not having the energy to!

    That right there haha!!
After one of the 'sprints' or 'walks' I stood up to experience what can only be described as the worst pain of my natural life.. and I've sat through Batman & Robin at the cinema!!

I tried sitting down to relieve the pain.. it only made it worse!

That been said, I enjoy torturing myself and now I'm officially in love with the prowler. :pac:

I had to calculate my daily calorie intake as part of my sports nutrition module and I was quite shocked to say the least.

I've never counted calories before but I probably should start.
    My estimate was 1615Kcals!!

I had a similar eye opener! Get a fitday.com account...it's free and just monitor it for a few days. I eat pretty much the same most days, so don't have to log it everyday.

You could easily fit in many more calories into your daily diet and wouldn't have any negative impact on your body composition since your training is quite high intensity. Even as Transform said plenty more bf% to work with :D

And so, this man couldn't have said it any better!

So how does one sustain such weight-lifting on such a meagre diet? I eat about 4,000 calories a day, liquidizing peanut butter, bananas, EV olive oil, whey and milk to get the extra calories, it might look a small bit like diarrhea but it's surprisingly delightful.

well if it makes you realise you need to massively increase food intake then thats all good.

That's the thing. If I massively increase my food intake I put on fat. Think it's got something to do with having a low BMR. I need to increase my intake slowly.
