    Hells yeah! It goes together like pizza and beer.
    Fist time I've ever got a pump from benching. Chest felt on fire during the dips at the end.
    My poor legs are beginning to crumble though, not looking forward tomorrow morning.

    Yeah. I went on a absolute mad one over my birthday weekend. Something like 5 larges pizzas, chinese takeaways for breakfast, chipper for lunch, disgraceful amounts of chocolate and crips + not to mention the steady flow of beer morning, noon and night. :mad:

    Keep doing this until you're 90kg.. just add protein shakes to everything to healthify the meals
