Roof felt - is it possible to patch it up?

There's a leak whenever it rains through my roof - the tiles are old and the felt is coming away in bits and pieces.

Obviously I need to refelt the entire thing at some point - but without the cash to do that is it possible to get a short-term solution?

The leak isn't huge but it's fairly persistant when the weather is bad. This is Ireland. That happens often.
