Difference between AIB deposit accounts?

With AIB does anyone know what the difference between an 'Access Deposit 30 account' and a 'Notice Deposit 30 account' is. The both seem to be the same except the Access deposit acc has much better interest? http://www.aib.ie/personal/savings/Deposit-Rates Thanks

Notice Deposit 30 accounts can no longer be opened by customers.
So it must be a product they are getting rid off so they make the interest so crappy that no one wants to be in one anymore.

also the Access one has a limit of 2 mil whereas the other one has no limit.

I have a notice deposit already but due to the poor interest rate I'm thinking about switching over to the access deposit instead. I wonder is there any catch with the access account?
