Hi for the last week or so my internet drops out every 5 minutes at peak times in the evening. What makes me so frustrated it has been ok for the last few days then as soon as I got home Call of Duty last night the problems started back up again. I rang them up two or three times only to find how poor their customer service is, they sent me a pack of filters in a massive A2 size envelope that couldn't fit in my letterbox but thats beside the point .

I'm wondering could anyone help me out before I bite the bullet and ring Eircom back for one last time.

I'm using an Eircom 7mb connection in the Blanchardstown area.
