tuesday...met up wit oissin and eric,for a nice long run to howth,stopped off for a drink at 12miles and had a snowball aswell(out of a packet),went back by clontarf ,wit frank pointin out all the sites(ie:look at the hoop on her)...got back wit 21.5...

cracking run yesterday anto. Just goes to show the importance of pacing conservatively at the start. I'd say you were only getting warmed up at 30 miles:p

well done urself,ul have to do a real ultra now:p..after i wished u well ,i did a sneaki sidestep,i didnt want to get caught up in someone elses plan or visa versa,...but i did think i spotted u as i was comin down the hotw,hence the 6min mile;)
