sat ...drive to limk....half decent 30 min swim...
sunday ....limk marathon 5hrs pacin with cabaal,,,b4 race,got chatted up by a tranny,but seeminly she dumped me for aimman and den tried to catch oisin or his top gun apprentice.....mile 3- stud in dog gick along the canal esqe part or run,group thinned out then,,,mile 6-got chattin to paul b's cast -off dutch swingers ....never see so many hot coppers(female) since a george micheal video,by mile 18 we were on our own at ,mile 25-first 100 mile week in a while,.....nice marathon with good support along the route and loads of water stations etc and good marshalls,,,26+
monday...spent day walkin around bunratty and home for a sneaki 10+ mile after dinner..

You must have sweated buckets in that sauna with Digger's Hookers to get to that weight. I even seen you shovelling a couple of handfuls of our blue M&Ms when you thought no one was looking.
