    sun...met up wit eammo for a run from tallafornia,to citywhest,saggert,rathcool and some xtreme motorway running and then eammo hopd it home and i went on for anudda 5 to ma in laws gaf in walkinstown along d canal,...got the 20 mile tirdness at 12 miles....15+

    Donadea, ww ultra and ,Conn ultra sounds like a nice plan for the Spring! Probably want a couple weeks lead in to Conn though...do you know if those dates are confirmed yet?
