    thursday...nice run fron clondalkin pool to inchicore along d naaler(ballyer heads may kno this way) and back again. no idea how long it was but was goin 4 about 1:20 so ill call it an 8.great swim and sauna and sambo after it though not at the same time.Forgot to bring in me trousers after run so had to walk out to me car in me cacks......8

    monday...up early for audit at work and home late,quick dsinner and out for an hour....6

    Tuesday.....ouy in the lashins of rain for planned lsr,did 3 hours and was glad to be home ,nice new route so dont kno distance,will call it 15:o...15
