Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Online.ie - Recovering Password on Gmail

    Sorry if this the wrong forum to ask this question. I wasn't sure where it should fit.

    I had an @online.ie email that moved to gmail back in 2008. Everything was fine until I changed my password. I can't remember the new password and can't figure out how to reset it. Google won't accept the @online.ie (it's expecting @gmail.com). I saw a link to feedback@online.ie but I don't know if that is still alive?

    For the moment I can still access my email on my iPhone as it's logged in to the online.ie account but there are no options from within it to change the password.

    Any ideas would be much appreciated!
