Stamp duty on house swap???

I am currently viewing a house valued at 340000 euro the seller has expressed an interest in doing a house swap our house is valued at 200000 euro , so we'll only be paying 140000 euro.Will stamp duty apply to the full 340000 or just to the 140000 and at what rate?
