how can i get into extreme sports in galway

    hallo, i am a hugh fan of extreme sports but for the past few years i've been watching instead of doing ... i want to get out there and start doing extreme sports now... i want to meet interesting people and have fun with it .... i now have the time but don't know there to start...

    This plus the mountains in Conamaragh.
    Some craic could be had out there, I'd say.

    Never ridden out that way myself but I've often thought the hills looked like fun out that way.


    Surfing is obviously a big one, out west.
    Same great waves to be had.
    I don't know much about surfing though, so I can't help all to much.

    Kite surfing, mountains boarding, ect...

    There's loads of stuff you could be doing out that direction.
    I don't know anything about the scene over there, sadly.
