Eircom speed from Shankill Exchange

Anyone else had disgracefully low speeds last few days? Im in Ballybrack on the Shankill exchange) connection only lasted 2 mins each time i power cycled the modem, all day sunday and monday, have managed to hold a 600k connection this evening on a 3MB package. Is Eircom BB really this bad??

Have you checked your line stats? Are you using wireless or ethernet?
